Use water bottles to enhance your workout while you travel. This session focuses on setting up the shoulders for success. Help the shoulders into their most optimal alignment so that aches and pains can melt away and strength can start to take its place. Great foundation work for the shoulders so that any other upper body and core work is maximized.  (Chair 1 is a great sequence to pair with this sequence).
