This class, like all of our Functional Classes, is a full body workout! We progress systematically through awareness, mobilization, stretch, strength and coordination in order to tap into our body's full potential. This classes hones in on our body's spring potential and our ability to jump & land effectively. Great for ATHLETES, RUNNERS and body's that want more resilience in every day living.
