Stretching and strengthening with a partner is a great way to support and challenge your workout. In this sequence, we work the whole body through standing cantilever exercises. Learn to give and receive body weight with ease and efficiency. Fun for everybody and especially beneficial for dancers and couples who partner dance. Meaningful relationships are so important and nothing bonds people more than a little sweat and burn towards a healthy goal.  

*Moderate height and weight differences will work in this sequence...extreme differences not so much. Be safe, use your noggin!
