Towels are my favorite accessories to enhance a workout. This session provides amazing upper body and core challenges to some familiar floor exercises. You will need smooth flooring like wood, tile or vinyl to execute these exercises. We are in plank position for some of this sequence, so modify accordingly or omit those exercises if you have wrist, elbow or shoulder considerations.
